Dozer Day® events across the nation bring families, schools, and businesses together to support local charities, promote safety awareness, and showcase the role of construction in shaping our world.
The Read NW Gala, "A Bright Future," is an evening dedicated to celebrating and supporting early literacy in local schools. Guests enjoy live music, student stories, and community presentations while raising funds to expand Read NW’s impact across Clark County.
"Bites & Books with Read Northwest" (formerly Beaches Green Eggs & Ham) is looking for dozens of volunteers to help with this event that involves over 55 elementary schools and 3 school districts. Read Northwest will coordinate with Evergreen, Vancouver, and Washougal school districts to bring food, family, and fun together for all 1st grade students.
Time commitment is 7:30am-11:00am* with the meeting point at Royal Oaks Country Club to pickup supplies each morning. Whether you can sign-up for one day, three days, or all five days, any help would be greatly appreciated!
Your time and generosity are truly appreciated.
